Student Absence

To report a student absence please email n.attendance@novahreodacademy.org.uk before 8.00am on the first day of absence and every day after, stating the following:

• student's name
• year group
• reason for absence

If you are unable to email, please call the automated attendance line on 01793 549102 before 8.00am on the first day of absence, clearly stating the following:

• student's name
• year group, tutor group
• reason for absence

Absences should be reported every day unless you have been able to state a return to school date initially. If the circumstances change and the student is unable to return to school on the set date you must contact the school to update us.
